Crab Butter Sauce


Ingredients :

1 kg of crab
2 chicken eggs
1 lemongrass stalk
Tomato Sauce
2 pieces of kandis acid
4 cloves garlic
2 Spring onions
Butter

Step


  1. Clean the crabs
  2. Refine shallots and garlic
  3. Lemongrass in geprek
  4. Beat the eggs until well blended
  5. Heat butter until melted
  6. Add the spices and lemongrass until fragrant
  7. Add crab, stir briefly then add enough water
  8. If the water has boiled, add candis and egg acids
  9. Mix the tomato sauce, and flavoring enough, taste correction, ready to serve
